Use common sense, compete fairly, and treat other players like people. Attempts to work around the wording while violating the spirit of a rule may still be actioned.
01 No cheating or automation
Bots, macros, scripts, unauthorized clients, packet manipulation, and tools that provide an unfair advantage are prohibited. One-to-one input remapping may be reviewed case by case.
02 Report bugs—do not exploit them
Do not abuse duplication, economy, combat, pathing, interface, or other defects. Stop using the issue and report it privately. Sharing an exploit or keeping exploited gains is a violation.
03 Keep trading legitimate
Real-world trading, account selling, account services, fraudulent trades, chargeback schemes, and gambling outside approved in-game systems are prohibited.
04 Respect players and staff
Harassment, credible threats, hate speech, doxxing, sexual harassment, impersonation, and sustained targeted abuse are not allowed. Competitive banter is acceptable until it becomes abusive.
05 Protect accounts and the community
Do not share passwords, phish, distribute malware, evade bans, or knowingly help another player break rules. Staff will never ask for your password.
06 No disruptive advertising or spam
Do not advertise competing servers, flood chat, misuse support systems, or repeatedly post disruptive or deceptive content.
07 Enforcement
Penalties depend on severity, history, impact, and evidence, and may include warnings, mutes, item removal, rollbacks, suspensions, or permanent bans. Use the official support channel to appeal calmly and provide relevant evidence.
